All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by SavorByLexi.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or circumstances beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact, billing, and pickup information when placing an order.
3. Pricing & Payments
All prices displayed on our website are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
À La Carte Orders
Payment must be made in full before an order is processed unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Catering Orders
- A non-refundable 80% deposit is required to secure your booking.
- The remaining 20% balance must be paid between 4 and 2 weeks before the event date.
- Alternatively, clients may choose to make full payment (100%) at the time of booking.
We accept the payment methods available at checkout, including credit/debit cards and other options offered on our website.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
4. Pickup Policy
SavorByLexi currently offers pickup services only.
Pickup orders are available on:
- Friday
- Saturday
- Sunday
Customers must select an available pickup date and time during checkout.
Failure to collect an order within the agreed pickup window may affect food quality, for which SavorByLexi cannot be held responsible.
5. Catering Services
Catering inquiries submitted through our website do not constitute a confirmed booking.
A catering reservation is only confirmed after:
- Menu selection has been finalized.
- Pricing has been approved;
- Required deposits or payments have been received.
SavorByLexi reserves the right to decline catering requests based on availability.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
À La Carte Orders
Orders may be cancelled only if preparation has not yet begun.
Once food preparation has commenced, refunds may not be available.
Catering Orders
Cancellations of the event will attract a charge of 20% of the total amount.
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
7. Food Allergies & Dietary Restrictions
Customers are responsible for informing SavorByLexi of any allergies, dietary restrictions, or special food requirements before placing an order. While we take reasonable precautions, our kitchen handles various ingredients and cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
8. Food Quality & Consumption
We are committed to preparing fresh, high-quality meals.
For food safety reasons, customers should refrigerate and consume food within appropriate timeframes after pickup.
SavorByLexi shall not be responsible for food that has been improperly stored, transported, reheated, or consumed after recommended periods.
9. Customer Reviews & Testimonials
By submitting a review, testimonial, photograph, or feedback through our website, you grant SavorByLexi permission to display, publish, and use such content for marketing and promotional purposes.
We reserve the right to edit, moderate, or remove content deemed inappropriate, offensive, or misleading.
